Churches of God Outreach Ministries and Church of God Sabbath Day Fort Dodge, Iowa, is pleased to announce that it will host the Feast of Tabernacles in beautiful Grove, Oklahoma. All brethren regardless of organizational affiliation are welcome to attend. We are ready to serve as your host to make the Feast this year a very enjoyable, memorable, and Family Oriented celebration of one of God's Holy Day seasons.

The theme for 2006 will be "The Meaning of Life"

(Mat 25:34) "Then shall the King say unto them on his right had, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world."

With the impending sale and demolition of the Lake Texoma Resort, we felt it necessary to relocate the Feast of Tabernacles to Grove, Oklahoma.

Daily services will be held at the Grove Civic Center, 1720 South Main Street, Grove, OK. We will continue as many of the customs and traditions of the Lake Texoma site as possible.

Lodging and camping information are listed below.

Accommodations

#1 Honey Creek Motel & Resort about 1/2 mile from the Civic Center. They have motel kitchen-efficiency rooms, $68 for 2 persons & the motel sleeping rooms are nice as they have been redecorated, $43 for 2 persons.

#2 Best Western TimberRidge Inn is across from the Civic Center on the south side. Manager special of $67. May be a problem for the full 8 days. They do serve a continental breakfast.

#3 Cherokee Queen Motel has nice rooms, is about 1 mile away, south of Honey Creek bridge. A 2 story motel away from the traffic, so should be more quiet. Sunday thru Thursday - 1 person $35.66, 2 persons $41.66, Friday - Saturday - 1 person $40.66, 2 persons $45.66.

#4 Outrigger Motel is about 4.7 miles away, across the street from Stonebrook Inn. It is a one story motel, long row of motel rooms facing the street, boat storage units in back. Has very nice rooms and they will let us have the rooms for $42 per night for king single bedrooms. Also has some rooms with 2 queen beds per room.

#5 Stonebrook Inn is about 4.7 miles away, across the street from the Outrigger Motel. It is a multi-story building with nice rooms. Serves a continental breakfast. They also have some nice 2 room suites with full kitchen & a 2 person Jacuzzis.

Campground: Honey Creek State Park, 1.5 miles from the Civic Center.
